Pink Hi-Vis — Is It Compliant?

Pink hi-vis garments with retroreflective tape provide genuine visibility in both daylight and low-light conditions. The fluorescent pink fabric is highly visible in daylight, and the reflective tape performs identically to tape on yellow or orange garments when light is reflected back at night. Whether pink meets your specific site PPE policy depends on the site — some principal contractors specify yellow or orange only, while others accept any garment with reflective tape and fluorescent background material.
