The wrong training trousers slow you down. They bunch up, restrict your movement or leave you sweating through the last set. The right ones disappear — you forget you're wearing them.

Our men's performance trousers are built for exactly that. Lightweight, stretchy and breathable — made for people who actually train hard.

Who are they for?

Runners, gym-goers, cyclists, footballers and active workers who need full freedom of movement throughout their session or shift. Also great as a base layer or warm-up trouser for outdoor sports and training.

What makes them worth buying?

The fabric is moisture-wicking polyester with 4-way stretch — it moves with you in every direction and pulls sweat away from your skin. You stay cool and dry even when you're pushing hard. The elasticated waistband with adjustable drawcord keeps everything secure whether you're sprinting, squatting or stretching.

They're lightweight enough for year-round training and dry fast after washing — usually within an hour on a hanger.

What sizes are available?

Sizes Small through 2XL. Check individual product pages for full size details.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. They dry quickly on a line or hanger.

Can I wear them for outdoor work?

Yes. Our performance trousers work well as a lightweight layer under hi-vis shorts or as a base layer beneath hi-vis work trousers in colder conditions.

Complete your activewear kit with our performance shirts, performance polo shirts, performance shorts and performance tank tops — all built from the same quality performance fabric.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. EN ISO 20471 Class 3 requires a total area of fluorescent material and retroreflective tape that a jacket or hoodie alone cannot meet. Pairing a certified Class 2 hi vis upper garment with certified hi vis trousers gives you the combined coverage required for Class 3. This is the standard approach on roadside, rail-adjacent, and high-traffic construction sites across the UK.

  • In our range they are the same garment — fleece jogger-style bottoms with retroreflective tape and fluorescent panels, certified to EN ISO 20471. They are sold individually and as part of complete tracksuit sets. If you already have a certified hi vis top, buy the bottoms separately to complete your Class 3 kit.

  • Yes. Our hi vis trousers are available in orange/navy and orange/black — standard for roadside, highways maintenance, and traffic management environments. Worn with a certified EN ISO 20471 orange hi vis upper garment, they provide the full-body visibility required for Class 3 compliance on UK roads.

  • Our hi vis trousers are available in sizes Small through to 3XL across most colourways. The elasticated drawstring waist accommodates a range of waist sizes within each size band. Check the individual product listing for size availability in your preferred colourway.

  • Yes. All hi vis trousers in this collection are sold as individual bottoms — no need to buy a full tracksuit set. If you already have a certified hi vis hoodie, polo shirt, or jacket, add the trousers to complete your EN ISO 20471 Class 3 kit.

  • Machine wash at 40°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the fluorescent fabric and reflective tape. If the fluorescent colour has visibly faded or the tape is peeling, the garment may no longer meet EN ISO 20471 and should be replaced.
