Delivery Policy

We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the information you need about our delivery options, timeframes, and charges.

Our Couriers

We work with all major UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and Evri to ensure your order is delivered reliably and on time. The courier used for your order will depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote areas of the UK (including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands) may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard timeframes shown above.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or that a safe place is provided.
